  What a unhelpful store this is. Don't trust anything you are told. They chose profit before customer service. THE manager is the most rudist man I have ever come across. When I was sold the wrong product by one of there young staff. After telling them clearly what I wanted a light for my Marine tank. It turn out to be for a tropical tank lighti was sold. Resulting in my complete tamk dying off. The Manager try to.blame Me instead of his member of staff who clearly had no.idea what he was selling to.me. the manage at first even refused to give me a refund, but when I.mention I had been in touch with the citizen advice . He soon change his mine. As a result of the error from this store I have lost all.lufe from.my tank, fish, coral, you would of thought I would even get a apology . But No, ihave been told to never go back to this store I Will.know be seeking legal.advice for a item which was clearly unfit for purpose. So guys be warmed This shop only cares about profited, and not the customer..
